Admission Process

Obtain Application Form

Visit our school office or download the application form from our website. Forms are available throughout the year.

Complete and Submit Form

Fill in all required information accurately and attach necessary documents. Submit the completed form to the school office.

Assessment Interview

Applicants will be scheduled for an age-appropriate assessment and interview with our academic team.

Admission Decision

Successful applicants will receive admission letters within one week of the assessment.

Complete Registration

Pay the required fees and complete all registration formalities to secure your child's place.

Entry Requirements

Nursery (Ages 3-5)

  • Birth certificate or copy
  • Immunization card
  • 2 passport size photographs
  • Parent/guardian ID copy
  • Previous school reports (if applicable)

Primary (Ages 6-12)

  • Birth certificate
  • Previous school reports/transcripts
  • Transfer certificate (from previous school)
  • 2 passport size photographs
  • Parent/guardian ID copy
  • Immunization card

Additional Information

  • Students must meet the minimum age requirements for each class level
  • Assessment tests are conducted to determine appropriate class placement
  • Medical examination report may be required for special needs assessment
  • All documents must be submitted in original or certified copies

Additional Fees (One-time)

  • Admission Fee: 100,000 UGX (New students only)
  • Uniform: 80,000 UGX (Complete set)
  • Sports Kit: 50,000 UGX
  • School Development Fund: 50,000 UGX per term

Payment Information

  • Fees are payable termly in advance
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, Mobile money, Cash at school office
  • Bank details available at the school office
  • Late payment attracts a 10% penalty after the first two weeks of term
